These terms apply to your purchase and use of The Trade Pack products. By buying a product you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't buy the product.

1. Who we are.

The Trade Pack is operated by Stephen Adams, sole trader, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@thetradepack.org.

2. What you are buying.

2.1 Self-serve pack (£297)

A one-off, one-time-payment digital product. Includes all nine documents listed on the product page, delivered digitally via Gumroad after payment. You own the files and may use them in your trade business for life. No subscription, no renewal.

2.2 Done-with-you (£1,997)

A one-off, one-time-payment service. Includes everything in the self-serve pack, plus:

Setup is completed within 5 to 7 working days from receipt of your business details.

3. Delivery.

Self-serve: digital delivery on payment, usually within minutes, via Gumroad. If you have not received your files within 24 hours of payment, email hello@thetradepack.org.

Done-with-you: setup begins when you return the business-details form. Completion within 5 to 7 working days unless you delay providing information or approval.

4. Refunds and the 30-day guarantee.

We offer a 30-day guarantee on the self-serve pack. If within 30 days of purchase you have applied the pack to at least three quotes you have sent and feel it has not earned its £297 back, email hello@thetradepack.org with the three quotes (redacted for customer privacy) and we will refund in full.

Refund requests outside the 30-day window, or without evidence of use, will be considered at our discretion.

Done-with-you refunds: once setup work has begun, refunds are pro-rated based on work completed. Before setup begins, full refund applies.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital downloads are normally exempt from the 14-day right to cancel once delivery has begun. By clicking to download you agree to this. The 30-day guarantee above is given in addition, in good faith.

5. Licence.

When you buy a pack, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files within your own trade business.

6. Intellectual property.

All materials, text, templates and structure remain the intellectual property of Stephen Adams. Your licence covers use, not ownership.

7. Limitation of liability.

The Trade Pack provides business templates and guidance based on the author's commercial experience. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for checking that the templates meet your specific legal, regulatory and business requirements, including Gas Safe, NICEIC / NAPIT, Part P and Building Regulations compliance where relevant.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the pack is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

8. Testimonials.

Testimonials on the site reflect the experience of the individuals quoted. Results vary. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue or job win rate.

9. Changes to the product.

We may update documents within the pack from time to time. Existing customers get the updates at no additional cost where we have your email on file.

10. Jurisdiction.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
